Founder, Golf Professional
Derek Siesser is a dedicated PGA professional with a passion for helping golfers of all levels improve their game. He takes a personalized approach to instruction, ensuring each player builds confidence and reaches their full potential. In 2020, he founded the Inland Empire Golf Academy to create an inclusive learning environment where beginners, competitive players, and everyone in between can develop their skills. His commitment to player growth has earned him multiple industry accolades and a reputation as a trusted mentor in the golf community.

Karina Davila, PGA
Assistant Golf Professional
Born in Veracruz, Mexico, Karina Davila began playing golf at an early age and competed internationally during her youth. In 2012, she moved to the U.S. to play college golf, earning a bachelor's degree in Sport Administration with an emphasis in coaching. Now an associate of the Professional Golfers Association, Karina is dedicated to tailoring instruction to each individual's needs, focusing on fundamentals like grip, posture, and alignment, and has also co-developed the junior program "Birdie Basics" to introduce young children to golf in a fun and engaging way.

Isaac Hall
Assistant Golf Professional
Isaac Hall, born and raised on a wheat farm west of Spokane, discovered his passion for golf during high school, eventually leading him to compete professionally on PGA Tour Canada and various mini tours across the country. His experiences playing alongside some of the world's top golfers have provided him with valuable insights into the game. Additionally, Isaac has developed expertise in club building and fitting, understanding the significant impact proper equipment can have on minimizing swing errors and enhancing performance.

Todd Nacke, PGA
Assistant Golf Professional
Todd Nacke, PGA is a highly respected golf professional with over 30 years of teaching experience, dedicated to developing golfers of all ages and abilities. He has been recognized with numerous honors, including PGA Golf Professional of the Year (2013) and Assistant Golf Professional of the Year awards in 2009, 2010, and 2014. Todd has also served the profession as President of the Inland Empire Chapter of the PGA (2012–2013) and is American Development Model (ADM) Certified, reflecting his commitment to long-term athlete development, strong fundamentals, and fostering a lifelong enjoyment of the game.

David Currie, PGA

David R. Currie, PGA, is an experienced Assistant Golf Professional with expertise in teaching, golf operations, merchandising, and tournament management. A dedicated member of the PGA, he specializes in delivering high-quality instruction and enhancing the golf experience at semi-private facilities.

With 15 years of experience and a strong competitive background, including college golf at Whitworth University and several amateur wins, I bring passion and proven success to my lessons. Honored with the Dennis Spurlock Award for athletic and leadership excellence, I'm now pursuing PGA certification. My teaching focuses on personalized instruction, confidence-building, and continuous improvement for players of all levels.
